Job Duties

• Cleaning and Sanitization: Regularly clean and sanitize outdoor fountains to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Debris Removal: Remove debris such as leaves, twigs, and trash from the fountains to prevent clogging and maintain proper water flow. Water Quality Monitoring: Monitor water quality parameters such as pH levels and clarity and take appropriate actions to maintain optimal water conditions. Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks on fountain equipment, such as cleaning scuppers. Troubleshooting: Identify and report any issues or malfunctions with the fountains to the appropriate supervisor for prompt resolution. Walk Throughs: Assist HVAC and Plumbing mechanics by performing basic fixture inspections and thermostat programming in dorm rooms and apartments. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks to ensure personal safety and the safety of others. Communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding maintenance needs, progress, and any potential issues.
