The Department of Marketing invites applicants for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor of Marketing position starting in the Fall of 2027. We seek candidates who are effective teachers, scholars, and mentors to teach undergraduate and graduate courses across the marketing discipline. Typical teaching loads for junior faculty are five courses per year with class sizes ranging from about 20 to 33 students and two to three preparations per year. Successful candidates will embody the following characteristics:

• Is passionate about teaching marketing courses to undergraduate and graduate students, and has a proven record in teaching excellence;
• Has a vibrant research stream that is interesting to both academics and practitioners, and a proven ability to publish peer-reviewed academic journal articles (articles for practitioner audience, peer-reviewed books, teaching cases, and other teaching materials are also valued);
• Has an earned doctorate from an AACSB-accredited university. ABD will be considered with assurances of completion before the position start date; and
• Will be an engaging and helpful colleague who is committed to the success of Elon University.

 About the School: The AACSB-accredited Martha and Spencer Love School of Business has emerged from a time of dramatic growth to become a leader in business education.
