The Department of Management and Entrepreneurship in the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business (LSB) is seeking applicants for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor Position in International Business, starting in Fall 2026. We seek candidates who are effective teachers, scholars, and mentors to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in international business as well as management courses which align with their expertise (e.g., principles of management, strategic management, or organizational behavior).

The Love School of Business is an exciting context to teach and study International Business. We have a strong undergraduate major, in addition to a well-established International Business Dual Degree program. Developing a global perspective is a core value of the Elon curriculum, and nearly all students (94%) study away during their undergraduate experience. Faculty have many opportunities to lead study abroad experiences at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, should they desire.
About the School: The AACSB-accredited Martha and Spencer Love School of Business has emerged from a time of dramatic growth to become a leader in business education. Our faculty are both dynamic teachers who promote engaged learning and leading scholars who publish their work in top journals. To support our teacher/scholar mission, we provide extensive teaching and research development programs, including pre-tenure sabbatical, summer and academic year grants to support research or teaching innovations, course releases, funds for conference travel, and extensive teaching support (e.g., workshops, consultants, focus groups, communities of practice). The LSB is housed in the Koury Business Center and Sankey Hall, which feature state-of-the-art classrooms, multiple student engagement areas, the LaRose Digital Theatre, the Chandler Family Professional Sales Center, the Reed Finance Center, the Doherty Center for Creativity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship, the Center for Organizational Analytics, the Center for Financial Literacy, and the Porter Family Professional Development Center. In 2025, Poets and Quants ranked the school’s undergraduate program #38 in the nation.
